How is your pricing calculated?

For junk removal, we price by truck volume — you only pay for the space your junk takes up, starting at $95 for a single item. For moves, it's a flat hourly rate of $120/hr (2 movers + truck) with a 2-hour minimum. Every quote is confirmed onsite before we start.

Do you require a deposit?

No deposit required. You pay after the job's done and you're happy with the work.

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

Cash, debit/credit cards, Zelle, Cash App, Venmo, and Apple Pay. Business/estate jobs can be invoiced with net-15 terms.

Question 4

Do you offer same-day service?

Yes — if you book before noon we can usually get to you the same day. Otherwise we'll get you a next-morning slot. Emergencies? Call us, we'll figure it out.

Question 5

How far in advance should I book a move?

3–7 days is ideal, especially at end-of-month and end-of-lease. Furniture pickups and small jobs can often be done same or next day.

What if I need to reschedule?

Just text or call — we ask for at least 24 hours' notice when possible, but life happens. No rescheduling fees.

What items do you take?

Furniture, mattresses, appliances (fridges, washers, dryers), TVs and electronics, exercise equipment, yard waste, construction debris, hot tubs, and full property cleanouts. Basically anything two people can carry.

Is there anything you can't haul?

We can't take hazardous chemicals, paint, motor oil, gasoline, asbestos, medical waste, or ammunition. These require licensed disposal — we're happy to point you to the right facility.

Do you recycle or donate?

Yes. Reusable items go to Goodwill, St. Vincent de Paul, and local Louisville shelters. Metals get recycled. We keep as much out of the landfill as we can.

Where do you service?

Accepted Answer

The Louisville, KY metro — including Jeffersontown, St. Matthews, Middletown, Prospect, PRP, Fern Creek, Okolona, and Shively. We also cross the river to New Albany, Jeffersonville, and Clarksville, Indiana.

Do you go outside the Louisville metro?

For larger jobs, yes — we've done moves to Lexington, Cincinnati, Nashville, and Indianapolis. Long-distance moves are quoted flat rate. Just ask.

Are you licensed and insured?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We carry $1M general liability plus cargo insurance. Certificates available on request for property managers and commercial clients.

Do I need to be home?

For most junk removal jobs, no — as long as we can access the items and confirm by photo before hauling. For moves, we prefer someone onsite to answer questions.

Do you move specialty items like pianos or hot tubs?

Case-by-case. Upright pianos, hot tubs (non-electric), and gun safes are usually doable with the right crew. Grand pianos we refer out. Send us a photo and we'll tell you straight up.
